Read the instructions for your selected terminal, including domestic or international arrivals where both are listed. Some pickups use outside or car-park meeting areas.
Confirm with your driver
Keep the passenger number available for calls or messages. If the agreed location is unclear, ask your driver before leaving for another pickup area.

Heathrow Terminal 4
Meeting point: Car Park
Due to ongoing construction work, drivers cannot park and wait at the terminal. After collecting your luggage and entering the Arrivals Hall, please contact your driver. Allow approximately 5–10 minutes for your driver to reach the pick-up area. Follow the signs for Priority Pick-Up towards the car park. Your driver will meet you at one of the designated pick-up zones (1, 2, 3 or 4) and confirm the exact zone with you.
Heathrow Terminal 5 — International Arrivals

After collecting your luggage, exit into the Arrivals Hall. You'll see Pret A Manger as you come out. Your driver will meet you in front of Pret A Manger, holding a name board.

Heathrow taxi collection: common questions
Find out how terminal changes, domestic arrivals, pickup timing and outside collection areas can affect a Heathrow taxi meeting.
How much waiting time is included with my Heathrow Airport pickup?
Your Heathrow airport pickup includes the first 30 minutes of waiting, including the initial parking allowance. If you need longer because of passport control, baggage collection or another delay, additional waiting or parking charges may apply. Please contact your driver as soon as you know you may be late.
What happens if my flight arrives early or is delayed?
We monitor airport pickup flights when you provide a valid flight number. This helps us plan around changes to the flight's arrival time, but it does not mean you should assume your booked pickup time has automatically changed. If your travel plans change or you need a different collection time, contact us or your assigned driver.
Can I book my Heathrow pickup for later than the flight's landing time?
Yes. When booking, choose a pickup time that allows for leaving the aircraft, passport control where applicable, baggage collection and customs. The time you select is your booked collection time, not necessarily the scheduled landing time. If you later need to change it, contact us as early as possible.
Will my driver meet me inside Heathrow Arrivals or at an outside pickup area?
This depends on the terminal and the collection arrangement in place. Some bookings use a meeting point in the arrivals hall, while others require you to follow directions to a designated pickup area or car park. Check the current terminal-specific meeting instructions above and follow any instructions sent for your particular booking.
What should I do if my flight details or arrival terminal change after booking?
Tell us as soon as possible and provide the updated flight number, arrival terminal and expected arrival time. A change of terminal can affect where the driver needs to collect you. Do not rely on the driver discovering a terminal change from flight monitoring alone.
What if I am delayed in baggage reclaim or cannot find my driver?
Keep your phone switched on and contact your driver using the details supplied for your booking. Explain where you are and whether you are still waiting for luggage or have reached the agreed meeting point. If you cannot reach the driver, contact our booking support team before going to another location. Additional waiting charges may apply after the included allowance.
