Once you are ready to leave Arrivals, go to the meeting location shown for your airport and terminal unless you have been given different journey-specific instructions.

Check for calls or messages from your driver. If you use an international number and roaming is unavailable, airport Wi-Fi can help you remain contactable.

Why is my flight number important for an airport pickup?

The correct flight number allows the arrival to be monitored where flight monitoring is available and helps the collection to be planned around updated flight information rather than relying only on the original scheduled arrival time.

Should I go to the meeting point immediately after my flight lands?

No. First leave the aircraft and complete passport control where applicable, baggage collection, customs and any other required arrival formalities. Go to the meeting point once you are ready to leave the arrivals area.

What if the airport meeting point changes?

Airport arrangements can occasionally change because of building works, temporary closures or operational instructions. Any journey-specific instructions or communication from your driver should take priority over the general guide.

What should I do if I am using an international mobile number?

Keep the passenger phone reachable after landing. If mobile roaming is unavailable and you use WhatsApp, connect to the airport Wi-Fi where available so you can receive messages or calls relating to your pickup.

What should I do if I reach the meeting point but cannot see my driver?

Check your phone for calls or messages, confirm that you are at the correct terminal and meeting location, and contact the driver where their details have been supplied. If you still need assistance, contact our support team before leaving the airport.

How should I plan an airport drop-off?

Choose a pickup time that allows for the road journey, possible traffic, luggage unloading and the airport arrival or check-in time recommended by your airline. Do not base your pickup time only on the normal driving time.
